Meet Your Power Animal is an introductory shamanic journey session. It is a transformative exploration into the ancient and mystical world of shamanism that not only educates you about the rich history and fundamental principles of shamanic practice but also facilitates a personal encounter with your unique power/spirit animal. The session commences with an insightful lesson delving into the origins of shamanism from Laura’s perspective and lineage that will uncover the profound significance of shamanic rituals, beliefs, and the connection between humans and the spiritual realm. Following this educational segment, you will be prepared for a guided journey to unlock the gateways of your subconscious mind. In a tranquil setting, you will be enveloped by the rhythmic beats of a drum that will gently usher you into a meditative state, fostering an environment conducive to spiritual exploration. During the guided journey, you are encouraged to open yourself to the possibility of encountering your power spirit animal, a symbol of inner strength and wisdom, and a basis for future Shamanic journeys. Throughout the session, Laura will provide gentle guidance, ensuring a safe and nurturing space for you to embrace your spiritual revelations. After the journey, a reflective discussion enables you to share your experiences, fostering a sense of connection and understanding of your experience. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal and pen and any other things that will help you to feel most comfortable in the space (ex. extra pillows/blankets, etc). A yoga mat, small pillow, and blanket will be provided for each participant.

To cancel or reschedule a session, please reach out prior to 24 hours from the date/time of the original booking. Refunds will not be made available if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
